No. Consumers are not required to receive financing through Alliant Credit Union to receive certain Journey Home rewards. However, some benefits, including the complimentary home warranty, may require financing through Alliant and satisfaction of program requirements.
Eligible participants may receive cash-back rewards based on the home's purchase or sale price. Rewards can be as much as $9,000 in qualifying transactions. Program rules, state restrictions, and transaction eligibility requirements apply.
Certain Journey Home benefits may require working with a participating real estate professional introduced through the program. Participants should speak with a Journey Home coordinator to understand how using an existing agent may impact eligibility.
Warranty coverage begins on the closing date for eligible participants and enrollment in the home warranty program is completed after closing.
